Your Partner in Evidence-Based, Natural Wellness

Dr. Spector is a Toronto-based Naturopathic Doctor with over 11 years of experience focusing on women’s hormonal health. She supports busy, professional women navigating hormonal transitions—including peri-menopause, menopause, fertility challenges, PCOS, and PMS—through a personalized, root-cause approach to care.

Dr. Spector holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Neuroscience from the University of Toronto and earned her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree from the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in Vancouver.

Since 2017, Dr. Spector has been a core team member at Gracemed Functional Medicine & Hormonal Health, one of Canada’s leading integrative medical clinics. There, she has worked  alongside Dr. Kristy Prouse, OBGYN, offering advanced, collaborative care for women with complex hormonal and metabolic health concerns.

She has extensive additional training in Intravenous Nutrient Therapy and Bio-identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), including thyroid optimization, allowing her to offer comprehensive care that blends the best of natural and functional medicine.

Dr. Spector is known for her deeply empathetic, thorough approach. She believes that when women are truly heard and supported - and when their care is tailored to their unique physiology- they can heal, thrive, and feel fully empowered in their health journey.

She is in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO), the regulatory body for naturopathic doctors in the province.

Dr. Spector lives in Toronto with her family but feels most at home in nature. She loves exploring the city’s parks with her dog and kids, running, attending hot yoga classes, and planning her next travel adventure.
